The instant appeal is by the Commonwealth challenging the Order of the Superior Court filed November 1, 1988 which: 1) reversed the trial courts denial of reconsideration of post-verdict motions, nunc pro tunc ordering them reinstated, and 2) reversed the trial courts Order of November 27, 1987, partially forfeiting the bail of Appellee. Upon review, the Superior Court concluded that the trial court abused its discretion and reversed and remanded the matter to the trial court. We granted review and the matter is presently before us for disposition.
